Sensei Hanni Sakas was born on the 16th of august 1958 in Kfar-Yassif village in the Western Galilee in Israel. In 1971-1975 he was trained on boxing, Between 1972-1979 he was trained on Judo, between 1973-1976, he was trained on Shotokan karate, and between 1976-1979, he was trained on American Goju style under the supervision of David Dechter. He started in 1980 until the beginning of 1982 learning Okinawa Goju under the supervision of Leon Pantanowitz. In 1982 he traveled to the United States and there he started learning under the supervision of legend Peter Urban who trained him personally during this period when he traveled back and forth between the USA and Israel, he was awarded the 8' Dan degree by Peter Urban himself, and was appointed as the headmaster of the USA Goju in Israel, he stayed in a training relationship with the legend until 2002. Sakas learned the Modern Kobudo and the USA Goju as will, and at the same time, he visited a number of karate Dojos and studied with Albert Gotay (10' Dan - USA Goju). He also learned kickboxing and Jujutsu in Atlanta. After a long period of experience in international championships through his representation of the USA Goju Association and WAKO (world association of kickboxing organization) in Israel, and being a well qualified kickboxing, judo, Kubudo, Jujutsu trainer besides the Goju Karate in many Dojos and institutes in many countries in the world, He had a new vision of the fighting arts, so he decided founding a new style of fighting art called Goju Combat Jutsu Karate in year 2002.
World Activities : Through his training, he attended many Dojos in different American States for experience and for international championships, he led teams in kickboxing and karate in the States, Italy, Germany, Russia, Latvia, Hungary, Ukraine, Romania, Portugal, Greece, Finland, and others. Many of his students achieved high positions in these championships.
